1. Usage
SWP200 plastics breaker is a retrieving device for waste plastics. The machine is suitable for crushing waste of all soft plastics and defective plastics runners to plastic granules. The machine is also suitable for smashing all hard engineering plastics.
2. Construction and feature
SWP200 plastics breaker consists of motor, rotating bit shaft, removeable bits, fixed bits, frame, seat, hopper, fan, cyclone etc Main parts.
Frame is fitted with two fixed bits and fitted with plastics rebound device. The rotating bit shaft is fitted with three pieces removable bits. Which can be separately removed and sharpened after getting blunt. So that, the life of bits can be longer. The machine is fitted with a pair of balance wheels, the balance wheels consist of a flying wheel and a belt wheel, so that, the noise is lower, work is stable, breaking capacity is strong.
The construction of the device is simple and reasonable, its, volume is small and its weight is light. Its bottom is fitted with shake-proof seat, which does not need be fixed.
