1.     Use

SWP300 plastic film crusher is a retrieving device for waste plastic film sheet. The machine is suitable for crushing foam plastic, film sheet and defective plastics runners to plastic granules. The machine is also suitable for smashing all soft plastic sheet and waste plate.

2.     Structure feature

2.1       SWP300 plastic film crusher consists of motor, rotating bit shaft, removeable bits, fixed bits, seat, hopper and other parts.

2.2       There are 3 fixed bits in the two sides of breaking room. They will be rotating with the 3 removable bits which is on main shaft to form roundback sharped knife. The machine has high crushing efficiency and a long life.

2.3       Remove the fixed bit and removable bit separately if they get blunt. There is elevating in this machine, start the elevating to open the above body to be easy to check, repair, change and wash the bits. Pay attention that only when the main machine stopped working, you can start the elevating. When the bits rotate to the changing position, you can change them.

2.4       The Clearance between turning bit and fixed bit must be 0.2~1mm to be  suitable for crushing different waste material.

2.5       The machine used screw conveyor, the film material after crushing through the outlet directly into the film parallel conveyor for transportation. That reduces the labor intensity of the workers.

2.6       Installation of the machine is easy, can place it directly to earth foundation.

2.7       We can make the screen mesh of special specs according to uses requirement
