1. Brief Introduction
Nowadays, as the development of plastics production process, direct hot-wind hopper dryer is widely used for resin drying. Because this type of Plastic Dryer can be connected with end-products. Simplify working, save manpower, improve drying efficiency and production, reduce power consumption.
This series hopper dryer is suitable for plastic granule drying and can be used with 5-15000 mould injectors.
In order to master the correct using method, extend the machine life, please read the instructions carefully before you are using.
2. Drying Theory and Characteristics
The air is sent to electric heating cabinet by blower and transferred to the hot-wind house under the controlling of electronic temperature controller. The hot air infiltrates in resin and takes away wet air after passing through material. The resin can be dried in the process falling down from hopper top.
