1. usage and feature
1.1 The plastic crushing machine is suitable for breaking large volume and thin wall waste plastics, such as polythene.PVC.polypropylene.ABS.Nylon etc, the broken granules are directly fed to plastics injector and extruder.
1.2 Feature
1.2.1 Can continue breaking waste plastics.
1.2.2 Adopt removed bits which can be separately removed and sharpened after getting blunt.
1.2.3 The machine is fitted with two overtravel-limit switches for cleaning bits and screen mesh, can protect workers from accident.
1.2.4 The distance between removable bit and fixed bit is 0.1-2, it is suitable for smashing different waste plastics, when adjust the distance, you can adjust the fixed bit.
1.2.5 The upper machine body, smashing-room. Screen mesh of the machine are all open-type structure, it is easy for adjusting bits, cleaning and maintenance.
1.2.6 The machine is completely sound-proof. The outside of upper machine body is double layers structure.
1.2.7 We can make the screen mesh of special specs, according to users requirement.
